
Retired Marine Corps Normal Frank McKenzie, who was concerned in america’ withdrawal from Afghanistan, says his recommendation “in the end wasn’t taken” by President Biden.
“My recommendation was that we must always keep in Afghanistan, with a troop stage of about 2500 folks and proceed to work with Afghan navy on the bottom,” he advised Sky Information host Erin Molan.
“I felt there was a case to be made for staying.
“That recommendation in the end wasn’t taken … the President of america has to make selections based mostly on elements that I can’t all the time concentrate on.
“Below our system, he’s the ultimate choice maker.”
